Pastels from Natural Earth and Plant Pigments, at ALLENDALE FORGE STUDIOS - 8th March

£65.00

Who doesn't love a tray of satisfying pastels?

There’s something deeply wonderful about seeing colour in this form and in this workshop you will first learn how to process wild pigments and then learn the ratio and types of binders needed to transform pigment into soft pastels.

Using plant pigments and other natural pigments, you will learn the art of tinting your pastels to create a wide range of shades and colours from one initial pigment.

By the end of the workshop, you will have plenty of soft pastels that you have made to take home, as well as comprehensive notes to continue your pastel making journey.
